Default LSX/106mm fired up

Been working with friend/customer on here LT1eqpt with his camaro build.
You may have seen in a past thread with the engine on stand. Tonight we fired it first time, PTE 106mm, 406ci LSX, BS3, solid roller, external wet sump, 80psi oil at idle.

Goes over to Jim at Speed Inc. for base boost dyno pulls Monday.

That's a very interesting combo. Is that lift number correct for the cam or a typo?

Real nice looking package of parts, I like the 3.75" stroke for a thick crown on the piston. Is it O-ringed? I saw the Cometic gaskets listed and wondered

This is going to make BIG HP.

No O ring, MLS gasket. Have another customer with similar build running 7.47@178 with Cometic MLS 6 bolt.

Whenever it becomes time for a freshen up we'll look at the parts and see if it needs Copper gasket/ O ring.

Yup, good ol' 1998 SS #2786...

Any chance Ant could drag it down for LS Fest... That would be badass, Chi would be bringing half of the quickest CARS!

Sounds tempting but car needs 25.5 cage, which I think is planned for this winter.
