Like the title says....what is the fastest stock long block turbo LS1 car? Preferably F-Body or Corvette numbers.....cam and bolt on's ok but stock block and heads definite....

we dont have any time. but we put down 900fwph on stock block, heads, ls1 intake, stock tb. had cam and upgrades valetrain. TC76 turbo

I know ClemsonDave on Corvette Forum that went 9.9x with his D1 procharged 03 z06 that only had upgraded Valve Springs and pushrods. Still Stock trans and Gear ratio. I think Frost Tuned the car he might be able to add some input

Well ur sig is deceiving if not incorrect. Saying fastest stock LS1 motor, not mentioning different heads, when ya don't have LS1 heads seems a little off.
The link you posted says it correctly. Stock short block. How come ya don't have it worded that way in your sig?
I know everyone wants their I'm the fastest stock __________ but ya gotta have that as your claim. Not stock motor if that ain't the case!!! I'm done.

I understand where you are coming from and will change it to say stock ls1 short block with stock 317 heads and then someone else is going to complain that it is not a stock short block because it has a cam in it.

Sorry for the hi-jack OP, the heads that were on my car were bone stock but they were a 317 truck head.

Stock shortblock 5.3 with the stock 5.3 heads that came on the motor from GM, times in my sig in my rx7(not an fbody I know). Motor has a cam/springs/pushrods/head studs/head gaskets. Dyno'd 559rwhp when I ran the time, now makes 686rwhp.
