Default F1A Who is using 4" IC piping?

and what kinda gains did u see.. i have a CXRacing 22x11.5x 4 with 3" piping and only seeing 13psi with the blower maxed out...

25 psi on the blower side of the IC and 13 at the motor....

Any pics of the 4 " setups?

I only made 13 psi also spinning 4k short of max 3 in piping to motor. I to think ic is eating to much boost. I dont think 4in after ic will help i will try after new build is complete.

I would chase the intercooler.

Did a 2Jz the other day (T88ish) and we had something similar. Removed intercooler, boost restriction gone.

I think some of the stuff coming off of ebay doesn't flow that well.

im hoping to get this resolved soon... whats everyones imput... has anyone went from 3" piping to 4" and seen a big increase?

Hmm I'm about to put an f1a on mine and I have EPPs FMIC. What size is that piping?

intercooler or boost leak. Thats a LOT of difference.. How much hp are you making?

I don't think switching from a 3" to a 4" pipe is going to put you where you need to be. I would look at replacing your intercooler.

I have 3" piping .. and boost is to smooth for a leak my tuner says. So if 4" wont help that much it must be intercooler
