the modular/cbr performance one is great, comes with a belt if you tell them what you are running

we just threw it on a 6.0 turbo powered 2002 ws6 with power steering

I had the spoolin' performance one. Tossed the belt twice. I ended up shimming the tensioner bracket and that fixed the problem. Going with the alt in the stock location this time around though.

What kit you doing? I say try to make it work in the factory location, it looks WAY better this way, if the kit is built right it's doable.

im running the modular cbr one on mine..... easy install and like stated above comes with belt....

Not the best pic of it but it deletes the tensioner and replaces with a turn buckle type......

I'm in a similar situation, but I want a low mount alt on the driver side for use with the truck accessories. I'll probably just go with a custom unit unless I find something that's fairly priced and what I'm looking for.

Pic showing up on this end......
Yeah it takes you tensioner out and puts a turn buckle on the back side of alternator that acts as the tensioner.... Like you see and some custom old cars...

ill see if i cant get a better pic up
