Question Help me pick my new Turbo !!!!

Hey guys need some help with the new turbo selection,

The car is 01 C5 ZO6 will be running LSX 408ci T4 setup with M6 Trans

As you can see the I'm limited with space but the old ST80 Turbo with race cover was huge so I'm sure we can fit a turbo which is good for 1000-1100rwhp on 22-25psi on race gas.
The car is street/highway will see some 1/4 runs I'm hoping to spool the turbo under 4000rpm and pulling all the way to 66-6800rpm.

How's the PT88 T4 .96 A/R ?
PTE 91.5 Turbo?
BW Billet 80 ?
What do you guys recommend ?

Another thing how hard is it to swap the T4 to T6 Flange ?

Thanks in advance.
Sam

S380 billet ETR with 96mm turbine. Should start spooling around 2500 and be full tilt by 3500 with your displacement. Get with Forced Induction or Martin at Tick Performance one of them should be able to hook you up. This turbo will do 1200 plus to the tire. should be 1000 plus somewhere around 22-24 psi.

S380 because it is T4 based and you wont have to swap the flange, S480 is T6 Based.

S380... stop using nomenclature that doesnt exist.

An S400 with a T4 turbine housing isnt an S300 chassis... its an S400 with a T4 housing.

Stop confusing people. Technically a 96mm S400 is a S400sx4 and the 83mm version is a s400sx3. Since Borg only builds units with those two turbines thats all they have specific model numbers for.

OP...

The Billet 80mm S400 with a 96mm turbine and a 1.25 T4 would do exactly what you want it to do and bolt in. Its the best configuration available given your parameters.... its also the most expensive adding 300 dollars to the cost of the turbo.

If you switch your kit to a T6 flange... the standard 96/1.32 turbine would be fine on a 408 inch motor. Obviously if you can get it to fit.

Just PM Jose and he can set you up.

My bad Lil John seen it listed as both so many times, both here and on the bullet it gets confusing, so I stand corrected. Regardless we are both talking about the same turbo.

S300 does exist but not for the turbo I described it has a smaller center section. I guess the T4 version of this turbo has the same midsection as the S400 only difference must be in how the exhaust housing is cast being for a T4 Vice T6.

OP

Make sure you specify the ET-R-80mm Billet compressor vice the Billet they are different, the ET-R is the higher flowing version. I agree with what Lil John says both the housing's above will work great on your motor.

You should call Bullseye and let them know, they're the one that had a turbo out they called an S380 forever, I agree its stupid, but it does exist.

S480, ETR-HO billet wheel, T4 flange, 96mm wheel 1.10 AR housing. I would do the 1.10 since it's an M6 for a slight drive pressure increase under the curve for faster spool and transient response during shifts.
