www.Howeracing.com

go to the custom radiator form, and it will give you the list of core sizes and options.

Mine was less than $275!

Well the 4" was just not going to fit easily, so I picked up some 3.5", and got the DP out past the bellhousing. Welds are kinda crappy on some of it as I was at the end of the tank of gas.

Still trying to decide if I want to dump the wastegate or just route it back in.

Thoughts?

Dump it. Won't matter anyway when you pin it shut!

I say route it back in so it won't sound shitty, then just get an ecutout for when you actually want to make some more noise!

Yeah it was and it wasn't done half *** like dumping the wastegate in the engine bay instead of taking the time to route it back into the exhuast. Don't slack steep! Do it right you'll be happy you did!

Since when is it half *** to not route it back in? It's called "personal preference". It's neither right nor wrong. My post about dumping it was a joke anyway. You make it sound like it's ridiculously loud and annoying if it's dumped though. Once again, personal preference.

Maybe it came off wrong I just think it is much cleaner routed back in. All the cars/trucks I have been around always have it routed back in. I rode in a civic with one dumped it was loud and ostunk of exhuast fumes. Guess there could have been other issues..

When my gate opens on my 7.3 it is LOUD and it's routed back through the exhuast. I couldn't imagine an LS motor although I've never heard one dumped

Hahahaha

Its not going to take much to route it back in if I decide to go that way.

I'm really more worried about tieing the two frame rails back together in some manner.

I suppose I could just get a piece of 2" and weld it between them, behind the radiator, but I was really hoping to find a cleaner alternative that still helped with structural integrity. I'd love to have a tubing bender - I'd make something swoopy and pretty.... but I don't.

I used square tube to tie mine together. No biggy, look fine.

I'm just not sure how far back I'll have to go to clear the E Fan, and not run into the hot side. Also, I need to devise a way to mount the bottom of the radiator

Yup mine is pretty far back. If I can fit two turbos you'll be ok. I used the old lower radiator mount that everyone else uses. Lay some rubber strips for cushion and call it a day.

Got a little done last night despite spending an hour and a half snowblowing

Hot side painted

And wrapped. Just cheapo black FG wrap from siliconeintakes.com. Double wrapped with 50% overlap on crossover. Used 50' of 1" on the one manifold, need to buy more.
