Do you have more info on the condenser and I'm assuming you will be using custom lines too?

Hope I didn't miss this info, I read everything lol.

Here's a link to the condenser. They make many sizes and different styles. I will also be having custom lines made to fit. Its a tight fit but it'll work lol.

I already sold the old hot side if that's what you were referring too. A local guy bought it.

Thanks. Keep us posted on the custom lines and take a bunch of pics please. Not too much info on the lines out there.

Yea I will for sure. I'll probably find someone locally that makes them and see what they can do for me. I've heard of a few guys that can do them locally just need to call them up.

Got everything welded up and off to coating today. Everything turned out great. Also got the upper radiator brackets welded drilled and tapped. So they are done too. Once everything is back I should be on the down hill side of this build.

Thanks! My goal for the build is to be around a 1,000 all said and done. If I were to push the turbo to the limit I might be able to see 12-1300 but at that point my tranny and intercooler would need to be stepped up.

Not to much progress but what a lot of work. Getting two walbro 450's to fit in the stock bucket and then slide down in the hole is a big pain in the a*#. I'm glad this is done though and besides just sticking the injectors in and wiring up the pumps

the fuel system is done.

Idk if it really matters, but when i had a stock bucket i didnt like the thought of dual 450's having to squeeze through the stock lines in the plastic, like even though you have AN fittings on afterwards to flow more, isnt it alot harder on those pumps to pump through the small plastic holes on the stock hat? reason i went with squashs setup.. because its a true 8 feed

No that totally makes sense to me. I've never really thought about it. And truly its only gotta go 4" or so on that smaller line. Plus the barbed fitting on the pump is the same size as the factory feed. We've put a lot of 450's in trucks with factory lines with no issues. If it causes problems I'll change it but I think with the short distance its gotta go it should be fine.

Got the pumps wired Ina and the injectors in which means the fuel system is finally done! Also got the front end spots primed and ready for paint. Not doing the whole engine bay just the spots I cut out. We're just gonna blend it. Also built a coolant crossover. There is definetly an art to being able to bend hard line exactly the same. I think it turned out pretty good though. Ran out of hard line though. So one more piece to run to the water pump and that'll be done as well!

Got my Midwest Chassis Fab 9" in and all I can say is what an awesome piece and what a great company to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. I also got my hot side back from the coater. Tomorrow I will get the cold side in and then this weekend its on. Really want to see this thing start and run in a few weeks!

Some progress was made this weekend with keeping the goal in mind to see this thing fire soon. The whole hot side and colds side are on. The front bumper got sent out to get fixed. The original owner to the car scuffed it and I've just never had it taken care of. Got the rest of the parts to plumb all the vacuum lines. Doing it in an fittings because I don't like the brass look. Also one the rest of the nine inch stuff arrives I'll be able to switch the rear ends out which will hopefully be this weekend.

Got the Strange Axles in. Now I'm just waiting on the center section. Hopefully I'll see that next week. I got coolant and oil in it. Once the spark plugs arive I should be able to fire it. Fingers crossed. The list is getting smaller of stuff to do and some of it can be done after the car is up and running.
