Default On 3 twin 76mm Stock Internals 960rwhp, Video

A customer just sent this in to us and figured I would post it up and share on here. They are running our On 3 Performance 76mm journal turbos and making some pretty respectable numbers if you ask me. Take a look, massive props on the build and the car looks great

This is an ls1tech member as well and build is posted in the hybrid section if anyone cares to check it out.

Awesome!

If anyone is doubting On3's quality, they just need to speak to the 100's on this and Corral using them with NO issues. After much research, I decided to go with On3's for my "DynoQueen" build. I have their latest and greatest billet ball bearing unit, and I will say the quality even surprised me!

Fro reference, I worked for http://www.shearerfabrications.com/index.php for years doing nothing but custom turbo systems, and building turbo cars privately since then. We sold some 120-150 head units a year, and privately I have has experience with basically all of PTE (pre and post nuke), Garrett, Turbonetics (old and new school), Borg, and KKK's lineups. For turbos, I would consider myself an expert.

I will have updates and a write up of their new units soon, but no one should hesitate to buy any On3 production. Best reliable dollar per HP ratio on the market, period.

Good info there. Im considering one of their a/c kits for my dd car and wondered how reliable it would be.

Received my LS w/ac kit a week ago and was very surprised at the quality of the entire kit. Build in progress - LT car to LS W/ON3 Turbo kit 76mm - just a street car to haul the groceries.

I'm hoping to do a super budget build with some twin on3s, a $300 5.3L, $300 TH400, and a $300 beat up S-10 haha

If you have a built motor I see no problem making more power.

The motor is a junkyard 6.0 with rod bolts, gapped rings and headstuds. This was on a mustang dyno through a th400 with low timing. On dyno jet its well in the 4 digits. If it had forged internals we would really see what these turbos can do but I think its plenty to get us nicely in the 8's.

So is the T4 88mm turbo option available with the LS1 non-AC kit? I see on the website in the text it says it's coming Fall of 2012, but don't see it as an option yet. If it is an option, how much extra does that add to the total cost?

We have some of the t4 88mm turbos back in stock now but they are not bolt on for the turbo kit. The turbo outlet is 4" and our downpipe is 3" so you would have a small modification there. Ive never bolted one up yet but Id assume there is going to be a small tweak to the y pipe as well since the turbo is so large. Not a big deal though
