Default Turbo checklist - Am I forgetting anything?

Okay I am hitting the final stages of my rear mount build and just wanting to make sure im not forgetting anything other than putting the turbo up front haha!

Build list:
Base sts kit
Replaced 60mm with on3 78/75 turbo
Procharger dual intercoolers
38mm wastegate (prob need to go bigger soon)
Bov (unsure on size)
Walbro 255lph pump
60lb deka injectors (replacing the current 40lb before tune)
Stock manifolds to ory 2.5"
Remounting coolant overflow to rear (behind tires)
Catch can installed
Aem wideband o2 (installing behind turbo)
Oil & fuel pressure gauges
Eboost2 boost gauge/controller
Exapump oil pump
100' exhaust wrap for manifolds to turbo (may need more?)

I already have a built 4l60e with a yank 3600ss stall & large cooler, 3.73 gears. Everything else is stock.

This build looks like it going to turn out awesome!! I have wanted to do an STS build but not that big of a turbo. So good luck and I will be following it.

Depending on boost level you are going to run, i would do valve springs, trunion upgrade, and pushrods. i tore my motor down last weekend and found 3 bent pushrods!!!!

I think the end of your first sentence spells it out.

Seriously though, why are you set on an STS kit? Huron Speed, CBR, all make very inexpensive kits that require little work and will work WAY Mo'Betta....

EDIT: I just re read your post... your going to spend 400 dollars on a turbowerx EXA? I have one, im not knocking the price, but if your willing to spend the coin on a proper pump, why bother with the rear mount crap at all... Dont use mine as and example lmao, my turbo is under the headlight lol

Exactly. There are very few situations where an STS kit is the best solution. It is perhaps the perfect illustration for the saying "Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD!!"

Haha, I actually have access to a lift I plan on trying to keep the power subtle until I get the rest of the build ready. If she blows then I have a lq4 begging for a rotating assembly and boost.

As for the rear mount, it was initially a test run to see how I would like boost. I got sucked in buying many random parts to upgrade some of the "weak links" with the kit. Whenever a get the engine built, I will put serious consideration into placing the turbo up front with an ac friendly kit. For the meantime, I am going to try to keep this motor alive and work on a serious fuel system and suspension.
