Ok just got done installing my d1sc setup and my and gauge isn't reading anything even when I give it a little gas. My blow off valves are staying closed as well. I'm using the -2 supercharger spring. I'm pulling vacuum from the brake power booster if that helps any Tha KS in advance

This^. You won't build boost sitting there without a load.

You will in fact build boost free reving, it's not a turbo.

Ate you sure you got the correct rotation blower? Post a pic of the compressor wheel.

You say a little gas-what RPM
Depending on its pulley size, you may need higher RPM
Go out and drive it

While free rev'ing the engine pulls a vacuum, this keeps the recirc/bov open so you dont build boost. At least that's how my D1SC setup works. Now if I give it a quick mash of the throttle I could see a boost spike until the engine catches up.

I have a TiAL blow off valve, with a 12lb spring in it, so when I hit the throttle, my TiAL closes, and it builds boost. This makes for a much more responsive setup. If you rev the motor to 4000rpm quickly, it will close the bypass valve and make boost IF the blower is spinning the right direction and you don't have other issues.

The first thing he needs to do is confirm he has the right blower setup, then pressure test the system to ensure that he doesn't have a massive leak somewhere.

you must be one of the few running a blow off valve . What made you do that over the procharger race valve like i have .

The Tial blow off valve is just like the Procharger race valve except I can adjust the spring inside to determine how soon it closes. I like that it closes as soon as I roll into the throttle, it makes for a very responsive drive and I find it's easier to modulate power that way.
