Default LS1 Procharger D1SC help

I'm currently installing a d1 on my 2000 Camaro. It was missing some pieces for mounting the blower bracket. I have it rigged up and I'm going to order the correct bolts and stand offs. But the alternate pulley and blower pulley seems really really close.. I know its hard to see but can someone post a pic of the two pulleys to see if mine is correct. There's not a lot of detailed photos of installs that I was able to find. Any photos would help.

Thanks

Kreg

The blower pulley is very close to the alternator pulley. I can't get my finger in between the 2 pulleys. Here is the best angle shot I have of the 2.

No problem, The SDCE tensioner is very close as well.

Is your J bracket the SDCE or the ASTER ? Are you piecing together your own kit ?

I believe it's the sdce bracket. I may not use the tensioner. I'm not really piecing it together, just trying to fix the pieced together parts

Use the spring tensioner if your bracket has the means to do so. Also if your wanting to check how straight your pulleys I would recommend getting a Gates laser tool. My pulleys were half a rib off so I shimmed my head unit pulley out .020 and belt life has been great.

I agree. The Aster and SDCE brackets have powered these cars into the 8's in the 1/4. You need a spring loaded tensioner to take up the belt whip that occurs in the higher rpm's once you start putting a load (boost) on these blowers. Bob
