Tubular manifolds, crossover pipe, downpipe, and intercooler piping help!
Not mine but will come out similar.
I know this topic has been covered 1 million times but there is no clear answer that I have been able to generate from the research. The question at hand is what size pipe thing I should use throughout my whole custom turbo kit. First here is the set up...
Honda S2000 Est. 2700lbs complete dry/3000lbs loaded
Gen 3 LM7 5.3 (studs, ls9 gaskets, rings gapped, ljms stage 2 cam, valvetrain)
TH400/PTC converter/Trans Brake
Custom narrowed 9" 4-Link 3.10-3.30 Ratio Tubbed
Weld Alumastars 15x4.5 26" front 15x12 28" rear
Borg Warner STD. Billet S480 Twin Scroll T6 88mm Turbine and 1.10-1.25 AR
Car is going to be a dedicated street grudge car. So will be registered but primarily driven around to the weekend meets and a few track events. I want the car to respond excellent but have room to grow when the fully built motor goes in.
Currently thinking
SCH10 1.5" Primary Runners
2.5" V-Bands off the collectors
2.5" Tubing .065" Wall Into T6 Divided Flange
4" to 3.5" reduction off turbo, 3.5" piping, 3.5" to 3" reduction into intercooler
3" to 3.5" transition off intercooler, 3.5" piping into 78mm TB
1.50" Dump Tubes for the dual tial MVS gates
4" Fender exit downpipe.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Absolutely not! I bought a few things from kings and was very disappointed in their quality (for the 4-cylinder F20c turbo kit) not gonna get into it but if some shop built the car it wouldn't be them.
I do everything myself build and assembly wise. Only thing I don't do myself is the fab work. I'm too **** for my own abilities in that area lol

Similar to what I'm currently working on, 416 engine twin borg sxe 369s. 1.5 sch 10 pipe for the primaries, merges together into a 2" sch10 90 which then goes into the t4 flange. 2.5" out of the turbos into the IC and maybe 3 or 3.5" out of the IC, depends on how much room I have. 3" exhaust
