Not really a solid answer to this. Ls6, GT2-3, GT-7, reverse split with mid 220's, etc.. It really depends on a few things. Do you want the most efficient? Sacrafice a little for some lope? Pass emissions?
We have used what most would say is a bad cam for a turbo; 224/230 on a 112, but we like it. We have a car in the shop now that has a 226/220 .570.564 115. It too works great and has a smooth idle.
Almost anything will improve power in the end.

its funny because i got the cam from my step dad back when i was still NA and still loved it...and it just so happened to work out great with the turbo kit as well

I dont know if I call it mean and aggressive, but with a 224/230 .570's 112 cam, 402, stock 6.0 heads with good springs, Macs, TH-400, 12bolt, wrapped exhaust, T-70 it made 553 @ 7psi

dont have to pass emissions live in michigan just want something that sounds not stock but wont hurt the boost any answers, how about you bob cause i might be coming to you for tuning you just got doing my buddies 2002 camaro- f13 tune and his car is running great for all motor.
