Default some loose ends for my Hiflo install, need help

well Iam almost at the home-stretch but I have a few loose ends thought you all could help me with these:

1: I have to fabb up my down pipe, but I have only one o2 bung thats on one of the x-overs, where should I put the other one? on the DP? If so how far down from the turbo? I seen a few completed kits and they have different o2 locations. what do you guys reconmend?

2: Where can I get a 3.5-3" stainless steel reducer?

3: Iam doing my fuel lines and rails, but Iam not sure if I need a fuel pressure regulator. I have 60lb injectors, inline fuel tank a thats all. Do I ned to put it on the dyno first, and then if my fuel pressure drops thats how I know if I need a regulator?

what do you have as far as an intank pump?.... if you are running a stock intank and then an inline, that will not work. you needto upgrade the intank, and possibly have two. if you have a return, you need a regulator after the rails. i highly suggest that. right now your regulator is in the tank.

intank 255l, how hard and $$$ is it to set a return system?

where are your o2 bungs in the exhaust? how many bung do you have?

turbols1ss: you have a 76gts too, do you have a pic of the DP? Do you think I can run 3.5" DP, is there enough room? the 76gts has 3.5" flange on the exhaust right?

1 bung in the driver side collector, then 1 in the crossover. (which makes absolutely no sense since they are reading the same bank) :gotme:

then i have my wideband bung in the downpipe

for the return, you can just hook up a piece of -6an to your factory feed line (assuming u still have it). run this line from the regulator. like 35$. remember to take out the factory fuel filter. ...

idk, theres so many ways of doing this, and i dont know what your exact setup is right now. what are your power goals?

like he said you should have an 02 in the driver header and then the crossover. My wideband is on the piping I had to add to the DP to make it reach my catback. I run dual intank walbros, a 10AN line to the front, rails, 83lb injectors, regulator, and 8AN return.

the flange on my 76gts is 3". I dont think a 3.5 would fit with the way these headers are.

I dont have a boung on the drivers side, so should i run the one on the x-over and one on the DP when I make it, would that give me correct readings? Do I nee 3 locations?

Should I set up a return line now or wait to see if I need it?

turbols1ss: my goals are similar to yours, set up is the same, but you have better heads, I want to go as far as pump gas will let me. oh btw I only have 91 octane around here.

I thought the 76gts was 3.5" flange, so I figure do the exhaust 3.5" all the way back.
If its a 3" its eazier for me to fab up.
can anyone show me a DP off the car?? so I can see how it turns after the turbo

yup. Fit good except I had to use silicone to seal it to the intake since it wouldnt clear with a gasket.
