anyone want to guess what my car will make
I should have my car done in about 3 weeks. It is a 02 Z with a 408 9.0CR, patriot stage 3 ls6 heads 238/246 115+3 cam, D1sc w/ 4in 90 on the intake, sdce 8 rib "not sure on what blower pulley to go with any input would be appreciated". FMIC, double 255's intank boost ref reg w/ steel braided lines and all the normal mods, built 4L60, 10 bolt "untill it breaks". and this is a pure 100% street car may never hit the track so I want a safe 3 bar street tune. I really dont care what it makes on the dyno as long a it pulls like a raped ape on the street.

yea 700 is what I was thinking with around 12 psi I might just max it out but there comes a point where you can make more power then the street will let you use. Since this is a street car I dont want so much power that I get my *** handed to me by a hopped up honda because I cant get any traction. hitting it a 40mph and the car getting all crazy isnt that fun when trying to race/play around. I have mickey street radials but the old 346 engine with 550rwhp really put them the the test on the street under 30mph.

I've had that argument a few times here, I'm not going to get too far into it again but I don't think there is a such thing as too much, at least I'm not there yet. You just have to learn to control it and you should smoke anyone with less power. You can't just floor it, ****, I can't even do that at the track. You need to learn to just keep it on the edge of traction but if you don't have all the suspension and good tires, then good luck because I can see that making it a lot harder.
