1/4" NPT pipe tap, you'll need a 21/64" drill bit.

Lowes is a good place to start. Any half descent hardware store should have them.

Just a heads up when your drilling into the alum. adapter... drill slowly and use a little lube on the drill bit. Make sure you drill as straight as possible.

If your not carefull I have seen these adapters crack, drill offset, and too far!
Besides that use a good amt. of thread sealer and you'll be set!

Also remember NPT threads are tapered, don't go running that tap all the way through or your threads will end up too big. Tap it a ways and try it, and go deeper with the tap as needed until the threads are the size you need.

I'd look for a bolt store. They usually have all kinds of taps and dies.

Actually that is a 1/8 NPT and you only need to drill though the bottom of hole so oil will flow though it. The top is close enought to 1/8 npt you can just tap it.

1/8" NPT is like a -2, thats not enough oil line. You should run at least 1/4" (-4 AN) for oil feed.

The though I.D. 1/8npt to -4 fitting is right at 3/16 of an inch. The stock block off plate for the oil cooler on these motors taps perfectly to 1/8npt thread with out drilling. I've done many of these, I know what I'm talking about. -4 even -3 is plenty of oil line to the turbo, in fact many setup need a 1/16 restrictor put in the line to keep from over oiling the turbo.
