Default 42 lb injectors small

I got my car tuned last year at haddad motorsport and I made around 450rwhp at 8psi. They told me at the shop the injectors where about to max out. Is that possible. I want to hit around 500rwhp but do I need to buy bigger injectors??? or did they tell me something wrong..

On forced induction I would never go less than a 60 lb injector on an ls1

Definitely. My 50#'s were at 198% at 5500, needless to say, not more WOT. I have 72's and a driver box going in for them this weekend.

What is involved in swapping from 42# to 72# without any adjustments? I have HPTuners, just not a clue other than adjusting the flow rate table....

If you change injectors you will most likely need to be dyno tuned with new calibrations. Aside form just changing injector size in the program, there are injector offsets that will need to be addressed.

Thanks
