It's an oem injector so Bosch does not have it listed on their global sheet yet, however, on a flow bench they flow approx 59 @58psi there is all kind of spdata floating around on these. This is what I get.

Raul,

Great info!

Is there a spec / guide chart as to what "horsepower rating" each injector set is capable of handling?

It seems like alot of guys are trying to go way to big on injector sizing, jut like the old school guys used to try and put huge carbs on small blocks and wonder why they weren't performing as well (ie. 850cfm vs 650cfm)

I feel that would be helpful to alot of members

Thanks, Jeff

Well a HP rating would vary based off BSFC (Brake Specific Fuel Consumption) so Displacement, and weather or not Forced induction is involved would make a difference. But there are at least a dozen injector calculators on the internet made available by just about every injector / fuel pump company.

LS3 42 12576341 42 280158051 538 Uscar EV6
LS7 42 12576341 42 280158051 538 Uscar EV6

I have a number 280158051-85, that's a Bosch 85# injector,
that is sold by Fast as part # 30857, as an 85# injector.
But other cross references for this point at the GM part # for the LS3/LS7.

Maybe Bosch has two versions of it?
Trying to find the necessary info to put into HP Tuner for the 85# injector.

Another candidate is flex fuel injector from following engines LMG 5.3, LC9 5.3, L9H 6.2

12594512 36lb/hr@ 58psi. USCAR / EV6

Improvement over stock and readily available depending on the power needs.
