Let's talk big turbo fuel systems
I'm looking for ideas on your high hp boost fuel setups. I'll be doing something around an S88 on a 408. My current setup is a sumped tank, bosch 420l pump, 8an feed, 6 an return, speed inc regulator....says it's boost ref. Will I need to upgrade to a 10an supply and 8an return? What about just adding a 2nd 420 pump? Looking for ideas on using what I have or starting all over. This will see alot of street driving as well.

The two 420's will probably work along with the -10 supply and -8 return pretty safely IMO. The -8/-6 may work to, I'm not sure what size line = what HP.
I was planning on bulk heading off the tank, running one external pump (magnafuel 4303 2000 HP) with -10 line to the FPR, out the FPR -10 to the fuel rail. Then either run -8 as the return from the FPR, or see if I could get away with the stock feed line as the return which I think is = to a -6. Or, get the Nasty system .

I'd rethink using the MF Pro Star 500 I don't think it will go above 45 safely. They have other styles that are used for EFI.
You could look at Weldon's DB2025-A, 14000 Controller and the A2040-281-A-120 bypass regulator. The 2025 will support 1400 hp @ 80 psi and by using the controller allows you to operate the vehicle on the street.
Call me if you've got more questions

Another 420 will do it. Feed line is certainly big enough. We've made over 1,100rwhp with a walbro intank and bosch 420 external Y'd together before the stock fuel filter and feed line.
