Just Curious.

Also, how much RWHP were you running? What tires?

Geez, you were running a good amount of power before your differential went out. What differential were you running?

The Zexel.....OEM. Any burnouts where straight or in the box. Mostly in the box. With all of the weight off of the rear, it sounded like gravel when you spun an axle. And of course the other side did not spin. Found about 1/2 doz chips on the cover magnet. With the cover off, you could watch a certain spot that would attempt to catch the carrier and spin the carrier as you were spinning an axle. While the weight was on the rearend....you could not hear anything out of the norm.

Broke my stock torsen diff this weekend. A4 car with 4.10s, Edge Racing 3600 stall converter and 27" ET streets. HP, not a clue, guessing around 340-350 at the wheels. Launched at 2500 RPM and spun hard, when the car finally hooked the differential took a ****.

Car has lid, LT headers, flowstopper with cutout, spec stage 3 clutch, and nitto NT555R's in a 245/50 16. Launching at 4000 rpm (no clutch dump) managed a 1.978 60'. OEM posi broke on the way home, still drives so I was able to limp it home, but it's going to sit here until I can fix it (most likely swap in a 9")
