Default Ford Truck 9 inch

I know this has been asked before. But what does it take to get this to work. I have a free 9 inch lined up out of an old truck. I might have a donor f-body rear for the brackets needed for the lower control arms etc. So the main ? is what about the tourqe arm? Can you buy a center section with the tourqe arm mount on it? Also what about doing a 4-link set up so i dont have to get a mount for the tourqe arm. So is this feasible and where would I get the parts from?

You gotta find a professional welder with a jig setup to do the rear-ends for an f-body.

Yes, you can buy the torque arm mount from Strange or Moser. Then you just need the brackets welded on the ends of the tubes. You will also need custom axles.

You might just want to use the chunk out of the Truck and buy the housing, bracket, and axles from one of the big suppliers.

By chunk I assume you mean the center section.

No, you can buy the TA mount from Moser or Strange separate.

The Torque Arm Mounts to the Housing not the center section.
