Could be some of them are not lasting as long as others. Take it to the dealership it should still be under warrantee.

If you have your stock lid I would put it on. That is an expensive fix, and they may look for an excuse not to warrenty it

You are probably low on tranny fluid, especially if you are hitting the rev limiter. Check the fluid level and make sure it is all the way to the full or just a hair past. When you add fluid, you need to leave the dipstick out for a few minutes or you will get a false high reading as the fluid runs down the dipstick shaft.

Let us know what you find...

well I checked the fluid and it was low, kinda sorta real low......I can't believe I didn't check it before, guess I figured there was no way I went through fluid already....It gave the snapiness back to my shifts!!

but there is one other thing, I have like a rattleing noise comeing from the driveshaft tranny area, not like a clanging rattle more like a something is loose vibration rattle....any guesses?

The driveshaft noise is normal. Depending on the amount of miles you have on the car you might want to change your tranny and/or rear end fluid. I'd recommend doing both @ 15,000 miles and then the tranny every 15,000-30,000 depending on how you drive it.

The drivelines in these cars are anything but quiet and vibration free.

Is the car still under warranty? I hate to say it but both of mine sound kind of crappy. Nature of the beast I guess. Take it to the dealer or a competent mechanic and have them check it out to be safe. Don't be freaked out if they tell you it's normal.

I'm assuming you weren't driving it with a very low fluid level for an extended amount of time. That could most certainly cause driveline (tranny) related problems.

Good luck to you...
