I would suggest getting 4.10s only if you have an m6, so in your case 3.73s would be better. In terms of a stall 3200-3600 is best if you are still going to dd it.

1- 2800 stall vigilant

2- 3000 stall TCI

3- 4500 stall yunk

4- 3200 stall TCI

whis is the best for my DD and drag race?

given your options I would go for the TCI 3200 stall and 3.73 gears. Best would be a bigger stall like a 3600 like mine, but with the 3200 TCI the 3.73 gears would make up for it. Gears are not a must though, I still have stock gears.

General consensus for A4:
N/A - 3.73
F/I - 3.42
The 4500 stall is probably too high a stall.
The 3000 stall is probably too low.
The 3200 stall is probably just right. ( Any reference to Goldilocks and the 3 bears is pure coincindental).
Best of luck.

3.73's and 3200, 4500 stall is way too high for that car and for your goals

Yeah go with a moderate stall like a 3200-3600. That'd be about perfect for that setup I imagine, referencing the 224/224 cam. 3.73s would also be a good choice. 4.10s wouldn't make your particular car much faster than 3.73s to make it worth the loss in top end and fuel economy.
