What size nut do I need for the center section bolts? Im guessing mine fell out when UPS was punting the package across their warehouse and I really dont want to wait for new ones to be shipped.
Edit- looks like 3/8 fine thread

I didn't want to hijack the other thread, but care to elaborate on this?
Mine has a slight whine in the 40-50mph range with light throttle. I really only notice it when Im coasting and then give it the smallest amount of throttle, otherwise the exhaust probably cancels it out. Its not bad enough to worry about, but if there is something I can change, I will. Im going to get it up in the air and go over everything since I really haven't done that since getting it on the highway over the weekend. I've only got about 175 miles on it so far, but everything has gone pretty smooth. With new tires, trans, converter, driveshaft, suspension, and rear end, I pretty much planned on having some sort of driveline vibration, but I dont. I'm pretty happy about that!
Gear noise is normal with all aftermarket rearends, it's usually just a matter of how much. Some times the setup can be adjusted pretty easy without removing the center section from the car for a "fine tuning", especially if the noise is more specific to load or decel. There is no way for a person to know how a gear will sound until it is actually installed and ran in the car.

How do I go about adjusting the torque arm. I just redid my pinion angle and was way off. At the moment I have my control arms off and the sway bar along with the top and bottom joints for the rearend/ta position. What order do I need to install to line up right.
Pinion angle is set, but nothing bolted to hold in place
Front, top or bottom of t/a joints?
Control arms?

You're going to need your lcas on for sure before you do anything. Then you just unscrew the rod ends on the torque arm until it fits the eyelets in the housing. The torque arm can then be adjusted by the long "nut" on the bottom. Make sure the nuts on either side of the adjuster nut are loose too. I'm not sure how you have the pinion angle set at this point, tbh.

Thanks man.
Bolt up lowers
Then eyelets on the housing top and bottom and the then front one by the cross member?
Pinion is set right now with a jack pushing up on the lower springs which in turn lowers the front pinion.
I think it was maxed out at first cause I thought just turning the lower large nut would make adjustments. But then again I was initially set at +4 and to get it to -2 is a whole lot.

Yeah pinion angle should pretty much be the last thing you do, after everything else is installed and adjusted. Make sure your car is level and the suspension is loaded like it would be on the ground. I put all 4 wheels on matching ramps and crawl under the back bumper since I can barely fit underneath it from the front side

Not sure if its been covered in the 150+ previous pages, but is it possible to build a rear to fit a 325 tire on a 15x10 with 4.5 bs? Or what is the widest tire you would recommend inside a massaged camaro wheel well?
