Default Just Ordered My Fifth Gen!!

Well today I ordered my 2010 Camaro 1SS/RS, Black on Black, with ORANGE racing stripes, Boston Acoustics Sound System, and 20 inch midnight silver wheels.....

So now I need to sell my Z for $4500 to cover some of the negative equity I got on the BMW when I trade it in, its up for sale.....

It should be here in about 8 weeks...

The orange looks great on the configurator but does anyone have any photos of the black with orange stripes??

Im so excited I cant wait!!!

How did you order midnight black wheels without RS? I do not believe that is possible.

i did order RS package....if you read the original post I posted I purchased 1SS/RS.....which includes the RS package which was a must have for me...andthe LT1 has traction issues...the stall breaks the traction way too easily and it needs slicks...its a deep 12 sec car but I cant get it to stick to the ground for nothing...but I just havent bought any slicks yet either so I cant complain...afraid of breaking the rear with slicks...BHSS4142 can vounch for it, he has raced me

but I just upgraded to the polished 20 inch wheels, I think they look better after looking at the color comparisons of the midnight and the regulars

Are you looking at actual pictures or at the website? On the website they show the midnight silver as very dark (almost black), but in reality they are a nice silver color. Make sure you look at some actual pictures or better yet see them in person before you pay $500 extra for polished rims.

The RS package wheels are much lighter in color than led to believe by the description. My car is CGM & I was dissappointed with the wheel color, I thought they would match the CGM better.

yeah I have seen the wheels in person, they are no where near the color I thought they would be...on the website when we built it they looked almost like black chrome and that is what I wanted and was so happy with it, but once I saw them, they look like the regular wheels and I figured I would spend $500 on some polished wheels which I know I like versus something I may not be happy with...if they had looked like they did on the website GM would have been spot on!!

But yeah Ben I will take you for a ride when it gets here...My Z is for sale if you know of anyone that is looking for one...selling it super cheap!! Its a steal if anyone wants it, you have seen it in action..

$34,205 MSRP, and the dealer isnt asking a penny more...All-Pro Chevy in LaGrange Ga, no deposit either....

It feels faster than my LT1 although it technically shouldnt be, but with 426hp you would think it would be faster...I have heard 13.2's and 13.3's with it but I would think its faster than that, and I feel like it is faster than my car but I have only driven the manuals and they always feel so much stronger...but the z is for sale to offset the cost of the bmw I am trading in....I hate to sell my toy but its gotta go

Thanks it really is...I didnt get all the options to put it up in the high 30's or low 40's as that would have been too expensive....I added what I needed and left the rest basic to put the car within reach financially....the leather is nice but I dont have to have it as I have driven one with the cloth and those seats and interior is just fine for me..I wanted the lighting package and all that but its not a necessity..the M6 was and its standard which saves me money and the rs package was a must for the front end and lights, the wheels and stripes were the only other musts for me
