Default So, no T-tops in the new camaro, wtf?

I have seen many pictures of the new camaro, and I haven't seen one with T Tops. I know that there is a convertible, but to me is just not the same. So, the question is: Are the t-tops gone?????? In my opinion, T-tops are awesome. I love driving a fast car on a sunny day with the T-tops off, it is just priceless.

The new Camaro is a "modern interpretation of the 69'." The first gen's didn't have t-tops. I don't know if new new car would look right with t-tops anyway.

T-tops are indeed sweet.... on a 4th gen.

The 5th Gen's roof is much larger, so the t-tops would be HUGE and a pain to take off, not to mention trying to store them somewhere.

I've seen photoshops of the Concept with t-tops and it doesn't look right.
Picture a '69 with t-tops... eh, no thanks.

Same problem for a targa... might look ok, but it'd be so big you'd have to be he-man to take it off.

For example the C6's targa roof... if you've ever had experience with it, you'll know it's not very easy to do yourself, and the new Camaro's roof is nearly twice as big.

Man they need to find a way to make it t-tops. What competition will other companies have against a new camaro t-tops. Besides if someone does not want it with t-tops then don't order it.

I would get TTops in a heart-beat. I have had mine out the last two weeks and it has come up so many times with my friends..."I hope the new camaro has TTops!!!" I had a 79 Z and they head heavy metal and glass ttops and they were huge. However, they were no pain to take out. Even if the new TTops are large...make them out of plastic and they will be easy/light to take out like the 4th gens. And make them see through!!! I love to look up at stop-lights and up at sky scrapers when you are down town in a big city!!!

I like hardtop cars. My dad likes verts so I think my family won't care is the new Camaro doesn't have t-tops. But for the guys that do like t-tops I hope they offer it for the people that like it...

Octane is right, the 5th gen would look like crap if it had t-tops. Kinda like how 2nd gens just didnt look right with em, but even more so. T-tops had their run on Camaros, they can RIP now.

I think it can be done and look pretty good. I personally love t-tops and would never buy an f-body with out t-tops if they are offered. But t-tops is not a deal breaker for me on the 5th gen, I'm buying it either way.
