Yea there just badges you can buy and people throw them on. Isnt any factory option or has anything to do with the car itself lol.

A "WS7" is completely non-existant. All Trans-Ams have the WS9 RPO code from the factory. However I do believe that people who put a ram-air hood on their base model T/A refer to their cars as "WS7"....I don't know why but I've seen it...

WS7 is just a term used when they put a functional ram air hood, and box on a regular T/A. Pretty much just a WS6 clone.

WS7 is just what regular guys with T/As call there car after they add a WS6 hood to there cars. They dont want to put WS6 badges on there car b/c its not really a WS6. Same thing with WS9, I wanna say thats the WS6 hood with the vents like the firehawk. So basically its just for guys who add a hood to there cars, want a badge, and dont want to call there car something that its not

actually the ws7 IS a real car it was made while gm employees went on strike in 98 it was hard for dealers to get the ws6 so a dealer in florida called McNamara pontiac sent their cars out to scc for their ram air hood pakage which was just an scc hood and a k&n filter basically, they called this their ws7 and sold it as a dealer option, so yes it IS a real car but their are very few of them
