Borla exhaust and bbk long tubes ???

Default Borla exhaust and bbk long tubes ???

I have borla exhaust on my 99 ws6 and I installed bbk longtubes and y pipe, now the exhaust is a lot louder on the passenger side, is this normal?

Do you have the adjustable borla kit? If so do you have the plates out.

If you have the adjustable borla, put a cut out on the side where the plates go. Check the sound clip in my sig. That's what I did.

Not sure, I bought the car with it, how do I know if it's adjustable or not?

Plates go in the passenger tail pipe. 4 to choose from.

My system looks the same as the picture but no plates.

I had the same problem with mine man, it was pull me over loud. You can make your own plates with some tin snips and some thin sheet aluminum. I bought mine at lowes and found that a 3/4" hole sounded about the best with my cam and no cats. You can make at least 8 plates from the one little sheet so you should be able to find the perfect tone you want. Once you take off the 3 bolts holding your tailpipe on you will see it already has a fully open plate that you can use as a template to cut your new ones.
