Default Really probably dumb corvette question.

This is probably really stupid, but i always see people talking about C5 and C6 corvettes. What exactly is the difference? Is this just some sort of lingo? because all i see on the chevy site is the coupe and the z06.

For the sake of starting a new thread, what exactly does a stall do? It's just an aftermarket torque convertor right? Is there any cons to it?

By the way, the number means the generation.

"C5" means Corvette 5th generation. So, there is still C1, C2, C3, C4, and C6 now
