Exclamation how are the LT1 T.A's?

so heres the scoop, got a sweet deal to straight swap my car for a LT1 6 speed T.A- problems: no t-tops and i needa reapint it cause its forest green. Another thing is it has 128k on it....what do you guys think i should do? need imputs!

Gave $4200 for mine with stock wheels, 87k, Auto. Just about perfect shape.

I would say no because of the mileage and you don't want a car that you're going to turn around and already spend 10k for it. There are some really nice ones out there but I guess it just depends on the condition.

Straight up trade? Maybe.. Just check the thing out and don't give up a reliable car for a piece.

Straight cash? No way in hell. I paid $250 less for my '98 with nearly half the miles.


If it's a good car, then I don't think it's too bad a trade. If you're serious about a repaint, why bother? Green's a great color on these cars!

yea idk, i agree with you 96formula, summins not right, but if it is straight and the car is in as good shape as it looks and it runs good, then i think im gettin a good deal here

IMO tht is, and i have 8 fever so bead that its almost taken over my life, lmao

my cousin had 1 he absolutely loved it. but it sounds fishy people don't just trade a v8 for a v6 strait up like that. a car is like a girl you cant fall for the first peace of *** to come your way

Seems kinda fishy that he wants to do a trade but says he hard up financially. I`d be careful on this one if i was you.
