Default wheel speed sensor issues

well im not goona go into too deep of detail, but everything was fine on my stock rear......then i put an s60 in i bent the wheel speed sensor while driving it.......so i replaced the sensor with a new used one, and the abs inop and low tracandbrake light were now off.....but i took my 98 z28 m6 car up to 110 or so,and i get low trac light.....i let off and it goes away....a few miles later while driving like 70, i instanntly at the same time get brake, abs inop, and asr off......few dayslater start it up and drive and no lights...do 100 again and no issues.......today, i bring her up again, and i get low trac again......any ideas what may be going on? both wheel speed sensors are not bent and are free of major debris.....

You have to scan the ABS system for codes, which requires a special scanner. (The inexpensive ones won't get to this system.) The codes should point to the problem.

are there really multiple codes for the abs lights? what bent the sensor was the parking brake self destructed and a piece the size of my thumb nail was bouncing around inside of my rotor ******* stuff up........it sorta took smallchunks out of my stud heads, grinded the rotor a bit, and ruined the backing plate.........my other guess is that reluctor wheel might have gotten damaged and at high speeds its harder for the sensor to read it......ill look closer to that wheel

Yea, the ABS system covers the ABS servos, wheel speed sensors, TCS components, etc. The codes will tell you which location has an issue and what it is.

If you find an independent mechanic who specializes in GM, they should have the same tool and be more reasonable.

I have an ABS Incop light, along with the TCS light on in my dash. Just started doing that today... think its related to a speed sensor?
