Default Headlights wont work!?!?!?!?

Hey guys..

My Head lights stopped working today..

Its a 2000 z28...

Heres the odd thing..

The fuses are good..... I believe.. I checked them with a fuse tester...

The foglights still work, but I get no low beams or highbeams, and NO blue indicator on the cluster.......

Im stumped??

Anyone got any ideas???

the only other fuse is in the das on the drivers side. i had the same problem about 6 months ago and mine was the grounds of the head lights also try to track the wire all the way back to the fuse box under the hood to see if they are cut or damaged
