Question Help About Power Steering Noise!!

About 3 days ago i noticed a weird sound coming from my steering wheel..
when i turn the steering wheel no noise come louder.. or when i accelarete it comes and after more acceleration it stops..

when i turn it left or right it sounds like when you go at Rear gear at high speed you hear a sound.. its like that.. i tried to add steering fluid of Shell but the sound starts 2 days later(today).
What can cause of that noise?

nah, your power steering is going through an identity crisis and thinks it's a supercharger. You just need to give it a stern talking to.

i've had mine crack down by the o-ring where the reservoir goes into the pump, and it whined when the level got low. i found power steering fluid on the back of my car, and the whole underside. look closely for leaks, and top off fluid, it should be okay.
