Default Just installed ASP pulley and....

It literally took a little more than half hour from start to finish. I can definitely notice an immediate difference (call it mental horsepower if you want!) ]

As a bonus, my engine actually feel "smoother" with the ASP pulley on. I seemed to get a lot more vibration (not to be confused with the wonderful lope !) with the stock pulley. Maybe ASP damper is better.

Anyhow, just wanted to spread the joy.

What did you do to keeo the motor from spinning? Drop the starter and Jam a screw driver between the flex plate?

I put it in 6th gear... (I would have taken me longer than a half hour with an auto!)

Put the rear up on jackstands(unsafe to leave it on the ground)....put it in 4th gear or higher....lock the parking break....and have a buddy put his foot on the brakes as hard as he can.....then start wrenching....

Well call me a crazy SOB because I only jacked the front of the car up (on two horses) and pulled up the E-brake hard in 6th.

During the final tightening I could hear the horses creaking because the car was trying to move forward... Not the sound you want to here while your head is under the car!

Anyway, it is plenty tight.
