i think all the pulleys are the same size, so you can get the idler pulley and put it on the tensioner, i will tell you though that i replaced just the pulley and it still made noise cause the tensioner was bad

The 2 idler pulleys for the a/c are the same size. They are different then the idler pulley for the main belt. I just ordered 2 from sdpc. 12557335 is the part number for just the pulley's . I couldnt find them at any parts store.

I had problems finding them for a while.. I found them to be the same size on both upper and lower. They are not the same as the many belt and pulleys, since the main belt is a 7 rib and the AC is 5 (?). They are also smooth and not ribbed.

They can be found a most auto chain stores as well as the dealers. There AC Delco numbers, Four Season and other. I am at work and will post the part numbers that I used when I get home and look at the invoice.

The pulleys that I replaced mine with are Dayco #89135, $13.00 each.. you should be able to work with any parts start to cross referrence that part number with whatever manufactor they carry.
