Default LQX coils vs F-body fuel rail :(

Well i started getting all my parts together for my lsx conversion and i got my fuel rail and intake manifold and i wanted to see it on the motor and as i would putting the rail on i noticed that it wasn't sitting right so i thought i had it in backwards but i looked online and it looks like the FPR is on the driver side on all the pics i took. why is it that its not fitting right on my lqx motor? here is a pic to show you what i mean

what do you guys think?

Those are truck coils designed for truck style intakes...But you can easily just bend/coax the fuel inlet out of they way with no problems or adverse affects...It's been done many times...
