Pacesetter install
just installed aset of coated Pacesetter's with the ORY.
went in pretty smooth (with a little coaxing on the drivers side). they sound great with the borla at WOT. Thanks a ton to TSP for getting them here so quick and to 2002silverws-6 and Tileman for help on the install!

you can definetly tell that the car has headers all the time. its just a constant deep rumble until you jump on it . it took me a little while to get use to how loud it actually was. i dont think that any of my neighbors are use to it though

the ORY went pretty smooth. we did have to cut about an inch and a half to 2 off of the intermediate to get the y to fit. it was a REALLY tight fit as far as hitting the floor board...once it was on we just used a pry bar to push it away a little....no more rattles...good luck with your set!

Well, cutting the i-pipe shouldn't be a problem... I had an SLP y-pipe put on a couple of years ago, and the idiots at the exhaust shop I went to welded it to the i-pipe... which means when I do my header install, I'll have to cut the SLP y-pipe off... so I suppose while I'm doing that, I'll chop an inch or so off of the i-pipe.

it was a little tight until we got a couple of guys in there to pull down on the headers to slide the y pipe on. After it was on we used the pry bar to give just enough space so it wouldnt rattle against the floor board. I should mention that we forgot to take the heat sheild of on the driver side of he car which didnt help with the rattle and i wasnt about to take the header back off just to get to the heat sheild. you could use a torch or something to heat the y pipe up to bend it with but i really dont think that you need to. just pry enough so you can slide your hand flat between the pipe and the bottom of the car.
