Wont Run, please help.
Car was parked outside and had about 5 inches of snow on it now when i go to start it it sounds like it is running on 2 cylinders and it misfires and pops.
im hoping that i didnt get something under the motor bay wet. im going to start by changing the plugs and o2 sensors. any other ideas?
what would happen if the pcm got wet?

Put the car into a heated garage and let it sit overnight.
Add a bottle of fuel additive for this purpose, usually labeled "Gas Dryer" or similar found on the additives shelf at the parts store.
Then use the 2sec prime function to circulate it to the rails. Turn the key to RUN, let the pump run for a few seconds, then back to OFF. Wait ~10sec or whatever, then repeat. Continue doing this for ~20 repetitions, without starting the engine.
Then start the engine and keep it running for a few minutes, see if it clears up.

Most alcohols and gasolines won't freeze at the temps we're seeing.
However, any water that might be in your tank and fuel lines very much will freeze. And when it does, it will block or reduce fuel flow to your injectors.
I am just guessing at what's wrong with your car, it's nearly impossible to accurately diagnose car troubles via the Internet. Based on what info you've provided it sounds like water contamination in your gas.
