Default Weiand Intake install question

My intake should be here thursday . I have a quick question. The guy I bought it from has been very helpful and I know I will need the coolant lines and the felpro gasket kit. he supplied all of the bolts for the intake and gave me the gasket part #. He mentioned something about the intake may not clear if the bolts ?on the valley cover? are 14mm but his had 12mm and it worked fine. I want to know what to get before I get in there so my question is: Can I know which bolts will be in there before I take the intake off? He said they would be M8 x 1.25 and use button head screws but I don't know the length either.

Not quite, those bolts are for the manifold not the valley cover. He's including the manifold bolts. I've read through that and it doesn't say anything about the valley cover bolts.

I have ordered the M8-1.25 X 30MM from www.boltdepot.com a few times. You can get them in button head, stainless steel so they don't try to rust.

Sweet there is a fastenal close to where I work but they don't have them in SS. I wouldn't think SS would be completely necessary. I'll prob just get reg steel and be done with it.

Edit: Fastenal hooked me up with SS. Good to go!

I got the fast 90mm intake when it was first released with the regular steel bolts so I am speaking from experiance here.

Get SS man, when the FAST 90mm intake first came out they supplied regular steel fasteners, the stuff rusts real quick, and less than a year later SS was standard with all their fasteners.
