Default finally got my coated headers

I finally got my pacesetter headers in from TSP. they were on backorder. they are so nice. and the quality is actually really good. I didnt notice any extra weld slags in the collector too.

I just put mine on last week. Looked identical for obvious reasons. I also coated sprayed them with a couple of coats of VHT flameproof clearcoat just to add a little more durability.

I am going to have a custom Y made with a Flowmaster Y collector... the headers from TSP were 375. but, it took a month to get them, because they were on backorder

your lucky... i orderd mine from speed inc. and waited 3 months before i got em. the install was a peice of cake... the hard part was gettin all the old crap off... after that the headers went on and were done in like an hour... the driver side was tight goin in, but man handle it and itll go right in... you might have to tap it in with your hand. and a bit of advise,... go with true duals... its cheaper and sounds better, and gives you a higher average hp, but not a higher peak hp. i gave 419.00 for mine, and 150.00 to get the duals built, and 35.00 each for the dynomax bullett mufflers...

could you not get stainless headers? your coating will probably wear off after a while.

Although stainless headers do have advantages, they're pretty much double the price. That's why so many people go with the Pacesetters, they get you the hp at half the price. I spent about $1500 on my exhuast setup, whereas some people get the same power gains for around $700. It's just personal choice.
