Search. A lot of guys have used rubber freeze plugs to fit in the manifold opening. It's been discussed a million times here.

1-3/8" freeze plug or 1-3/8 rubber expansion plug.

I just used a regular .69 cent freeze plug. Drove it in with a large socket.

remove as many panels under car (under driver side headlight) as you need to to get to the pump/bracket.

there will be 3 bolts holding the pump to the bracket which are horizontal. you remove these 3 and wiggle the pump around to remove it. there are also 4 bolts pointing up (you will be looking at their heads from under the car). if you remove those, the whole bracket + pump assembly will come out. i'm not sure if you can get to all 4 bolts or with the pump in place.

i did it this weekend. worked for about 3 minutes, then put some saftey glasses on after a few curse words some **** WILL fall into yer eyes so this is just a warning lol.
