smooth bellow question?
I have a question, have a2002 ss where are you all getting the smooth bellows from and what is the correct size. Went to home depot the 3x3 is to small and the 4x4 cuplings to big? Thanks for any help.

Got mine by means of SLP, bought it through LMPerformance. Fits over the 80mm BBK TB real nice and fit over the MAF real well too, one side is a little smaller for the MAF. I did have to trim it about 12mm in lenth so my air lid would go in place. The BBK sticks out farther than stock.

Got mine from www.airflowonline.com. Go to rubber hoses&clamps then hump hoses&reducers. Part# is 40R35SL. I think it was like $16.95+shipping and you'll have to trim it a little but it works fine with my SLP lid. I also had to buy a little bigger clamp to make the job a little easier.

I did the Fernco 3X3 smooth bellows as well. It was less than 6 bucks and I re-used my existing clamps. I boiled mine for about 10 minutes and it slid on beautifully. Like Ole1830 said, check the "Exhaust Guide." You have to trim 1/4" off of one side, real simple with a razor. I bought two just in case I messed up the first one and it was still cheaper than any you can buy from the performance sites. I ended up giving the other one to a friend and he put his on no problem after boiling as well. It also looks pretty nice if you turn the writing down. Good luck.
