Default stainless CME tips on ebay, anyone have these?

i was looking for a CME setup for my car and came across these tips, they look very nice. the only complaint i would have about these vs. the SLP tips would be the lip on the edge of the tip isnt fat or rolled looking like the SLP ones. but they are stainless, and braced unlike the brittle SLP ones. what do you guys think?

not bad, but for that money i'd just go with the slp cast tips and have the right pieces.

i dont think the SLP tips are much cheaper, i will look again at the price. but from all the complaints i hear about the tips looking dirty, breaking, etc.. these seem like a nice upgrade or alternative to those, even if they are a few more bucks

thats the quad exhaust, not center mount. the quad has 4 ugly tips and the rear fascia is 2 piece, not one like the CME. CME flows with the car much better than the quad i think. full CME kit is $999.00 from SLP i believe

this should be a damn sticky.. i have posted this 500 times lol

SLP CME tip is part number 10761 - Price: 229-239.95 depending on sale
SLP CME Rear valence is part number 10758K - Price: 159.95 unpainted

IMO the cast looks better that those. The real SLp cast tips have a lip that allow them to be seen. They are also polished and can be maintained very easily.

thanks for the info brandon, i agree, the tips above need some sort of fatter lip so they can be seen easier like the SLP ones.

i personally never liked the CME but when i say those tips it made me start thinking, they aren't perfect but to me, its better than the SLP tips.. just my opinion

I email this guy the other day to ask about a 3" version. They do need some kind of rolled lip.
