It fits, I have the exact same set up as yours. Did it last friday. Only problem is that my Y pipe leaks, thinking about having it welded next week.

what a pos
i wouldnt reccomend that thing to anyone. we finally got the thing on but it hangs so low that it scraps on everything. i dont know if i got a bad one or not but the pieces were not the right angle or length. i know everyone says it is tough to put on and its just like that and everything but this was obviously not made right.
well it looks like time to fab up some true duals and trash that sorry y-pipe

its ok to leave your cross member off. thats what most people do. but yours hangs low? mine tucks up ferry nicely. you can rotate the pipe on the drivers side to adjust how low it hangs. i had more of a problem of mine hitting the bottom of the slore under hard acceleration.

Mine is as close as possible and still hangs low. Guys at Fastech trimmed part of the tranny crossmember to keep it from hitting the floor board. I also painted mine flat black to make it less obvious. Of course if it is banging the floor board and scraping on everything it's hard to be less obvious!

on my tsp ory the "y" thats welded together; the hole cut to weld them together is not as big as the other pipe so there will be a lot of turbulence and not free flowing, seems no better than the stock y pipe. i am gonna have try to reach inside there and use a metal file to file it down some, seems like a lost cause though.
