Default 1 cut-out or 2

I'm finally getting my exhaust and I wanted to add a cut-out with it .My question is, if I get 2 instead of one, will it be louder and give me more hp.
The exaust i chose to get was the slp LM.Thanks for the help.

I would use two cutouts because if you only used one your backpressure will be differnt and will cause problems

If you put a single cutout in the i-pipe, there's no problems. That's what most people including myself have done. There's a spot right under the rear seat that's perfect for a cutout. Don't worry, it's plenty loud!

i only have one. open headers is probably too loud for the street which is basically what you'd be doing with dual cutouts, but if you still have stock cats and manifolds it wont really be that loud with dual cutouts.

Just wondering what the big difference would be between one cut-out on the front of the y-pipe and two cut-outs after the pipe y's out? Both are right after your headers or manifolds.

Just wondering, I thought that the 2 cut-out systems were used on true-dual setups whereas the single cut-out systems were used on y-pipe single exhaust systems.
