Its alot of fab work to make dual cutouts on the y pipe. You are better off running just a single on the I pipe.

Overkill, perhaps. But it is very do-able and will be very loud. I recommend putting them parallel to the header collectors. That way the exhaust will have a straight path from the headers out of the cutouts.

Code:

\ /
\ /
\ /
     \ /

That is exactly how I ran mine. 2 IS overkill, but a hell of a lot of fun to open. It is SOOOOO loud. I have a cat after the y comes together, then a muffler in the Ipipe, and a stock muffler. You can't even tell I have headers when they are closed, which is how I like it, but when they open, it is just like open headers.

Thumbs up

Either one be it two in the Y pipe or just one in I pipe (as I have and prefer) the QTP cut out is a good choice.
