Default '02 Formula Exhaust Question

I just bought an '02 Formula from a dealership, and I can't tell if the exhaust system is stock or not.....and I'm not a gearhead by any means.

It's a Flowmaster with dual tail pipes that appear to be about 4 inches round in diameter throughout their length.

Does anyone have a rear pic of an '02 Formula??

If they are mods......does it increase the horsepower??

Thanks......I am stoked to have one of these and hope to learn more as I go.

Flowmaster is not factory.
Also if the ehxaust is loud at all its not stock (stock exhaust is terribly quiet). and yes, they do increase power.

well...that can be argued with a flowmaster...they dont flow hardly any better than a stock muffler, they just sound a little better.

Yeah, from what Ive heard they are crappy (i didnt buy mine, the guy who I bought the car from had it). But I assume that they increase power a little.

Thanks.........Yeah, I think you're right......it's more like 3" to 3 1/2" piping now that I've looked at it a little closer.

It is just the muffler under the rear of the car, no resonators. You can find replacement mufflers from companies like hooker and magnaflow but it is worth it to just buy a cat back and install that.
