Uh, I don't quite follow your question? Do you mean how do you plug the ports on the manifolds or headers?

i have a 98 z28 and all the extra little stuff between the coil packs was connected to the air pump itself on my car. i just removed all the hoses, the air pump, pluged the hole in the intake, and put on race headers and was done with it

I pulled the line from the back of the intake, removed the "T" and then just connected the line from the HVAC back up. I thought about the screw idea, but this way there is no way anything can go wrong adn cause a leak.

How many blcokoffs are there for the AIR!? I thought it was just the drivers side header that had a blockoff, is there something in the back of the manifold too?

you guys are getting confused, that write up in the guide is for 00-02 cars only, 98-99 have a different AIR system.

I have an '00 car, guy who did my cam install blocked off drivers side header and I believe nothing else. Is there something in the back that should be blocked off too? My cars idle is dipping to 500 RPMs and I can't figure out why, maybe a leak in the AIR! system is the cause

And you won't unless it was provisioned custom. The 2001-2002 did not have the EGR pipe in the manifold.

I used the screw and silicon sealer method. No problems at all.
