I used an expander plug from Napa. You screw the nut down and the plug expands.

I should have looked around a little more for something like that. I originally used an Earl's plug and ground it off a bit on the inside of the intake...that was before I spent the cash for my FAST 90mm.

i used a drain plug for mine , had to make slight alterarions to it, but i think it seals better then anything else after i did my little mods to it. i had to get a smaller washer because the one that came with the plug wouldnt fit, and i had to cut a rubber rib out . any hardware store should have it, i just brought my egr gasket with me found a plug the same size 2$ ,mine sticks up more then the one pictured though i got a wingnut showing on top.. no taller then the egr setup though

It's actually called an "adjustable freeze plug".

You mind if I link that picture in the EGR/AIR FAQ? That's a really good one.
