I would say a solid 45 rwhp gain from those mods. Even more with a tune. What catback are you gonna run?

i have a 3 in catback on the car now but im not shure of the brand because it was on it when i got the car.
i was told it was a random tech. it dont look expensive i know that but it sounds good.
i might go with a single exhaust dumped under the bumper like a v6 just more hidden with a borla ss muffler or a magnaflow.

i would say 35-40 rw with a tune.the headers should be worth 20-25 and the ls6 intake, ported t/b should be worth about 15 rw.just wells to go ahead and get you an u/d pulley also.

just wondering since you plan on getting it tuned after if you were planning on keeping the egr, cause if you dont you can get a cheaper ls6 intake manifold from slp without the egr. I think it was $399 plus shipping but they might be doin free shipping now idk. if your goin with pacesetters, TSP sells the headers and a TSP ORY for a good price or you could just get a y-pipe custom made at an exh shop which might be better and if you plan on getting the rest custom done dumped before the rear bumper it might be cheaper to have the exh shop just run all new 3" so it all looks neat and fits nice under the car. Just letting you know how I should have went about things the first time. Kind of a been there done that should have done it this way in the first place hint.......

Oh and I would say anywhere between 35-45hp with those plus the tune. And yes while you are at it might as well do the u/d pulley too I would say powerbond 25% or slp 25% same thing either way. Do you have any free mods done yet, like cutting the plastic out under the air filter or tb by-pass? Prob see a good 50hp with all these mods.

biggest mod you could do would be a torque converter!!!! It would be your BIGGEST et reducer!!! roughly half a second!!

oh yeah and get rid of that hypertech it throws a whole bunch of timing into the car and puts it close to detonation I personally dont like them and didnt see any performance gain with it.

If you do all that and get a torque converter, you will be running low 12s all day.

well i have all the free mods and i only have the shift firmness and rev limiter and shift points tuned with the hypertech. i left the power tuning out.
this is my day to day driver and id like to keep it fully streetable and be able to take it on a trip if i want [its a lot better on gas than my 03 navigator lol].
and also will a ud pulley cause charging problems and will it throw belts?
thanks for the info guys.

3.23s to 3.73 is the biggest waste of money...all the mods will be around 30-35 rwhp
